1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NonaFile ("Service", "we", "us"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them.
If you are using NonaFile on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2 The Service
NonaFile is an online file transfer and storage platform that allows users to upload, share, and retrieve files securely using unique retrieval codes. We offer both free and premium plans.
- Free accounts receive temporary storage (7 days by default)
- Files shared via code expire based on your plan settings
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime but strive for maximum availability
- Service features may change over time with or without prior notice
3 Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with anyone or allow unauthorized access to your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at support@nonafile.com of any unauthorized access
4 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. By uploading, you grant NonaFile a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not sell, share, or analyze your file contents for advertising purposes. Files are accessible only via your unique retrieval codes.
5 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use NonaFile to upload, share, or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
- Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violates the privacy of others (e.g., non-consensual intimate images)
- Is used for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt our infrastructure
6 Storage & Plans
Storage limits and file retention policies depend on your account plan. Free accounts have files automatically deleted after 7 days. We reserve the right to delete files that violate our policies without notice.
We are not responsible for accidental loss of data. We strongly recommend keeping backups of any important files.
7 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or if your activity poses a risk to other users or our platform.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, all associated files will be permanently removed.
8 Disclaimer of Warranties
NonaFile is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NonaFile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including loss of data or profits.
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email or an in-app notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
